Summary

PegaOutlookAddIn's GetAppointmentsList API does not return all busy information. If the start time falls within an existing appointment it is not returned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Schedule meetings in Outlook calendar from 8 AM to 12 PM.
2. Pass 9 AM as start time and 10 AM as end time to the GetAppointmentsList API.
3. Observe a meeting that was started prior to start time but still on going is not returned.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules logic omitted this first meeting.

Resolution

Apply HFIX-32700.

You may also need to use cab uninstaller and installer as described in hotfix readme on client systems.

You may also need to manually remove
C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\PegaOutlookAddInCaller.dll
C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\PegaOutlookAddIn.dll
in some situations, if the uninstaller was unable to remove them.
