Summary
On configuring circumstanced versions of the harness for mobile and tablet devices, only one of them is packaged. When logging in to the mobile application on a tablet, the application hangs.

Steps to Reproduce
- Set up an offline enabled user
- Implement a Circumstanced portal harness,
HarnessSpace harness (Tablet) - Ruleset XX-YY-01
HarnessSpace harness (MobileDevicePhone) - Ruleset XX-YY-02
- Log in to the application on a tablet. The mobile application hangs
- Log in in the mobile phone device. The log in to the application is successful and portal landing page displays.
Root Cause
Incorrect circumstanced harness was fetched for mobile and tablet offline applications.
Resolution
Apply HFix-52756.
