Incorrect Default Search for Reference Material Links

When using search, you have two similarly named categories: 'Example - section' and 'Example - area'. When searching for reference material links within one category, content abstracts from the other category are also displayed.

Error Messages

No error Message, wrong data fetched.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two categories: Medical - Member and Medical - Provider.
2. Create a KC rule under Medical - Provider category with a content abstract containing the keyword "Member".
3. Select Reference Material link from drop-down.
4. Select Medical - Member category from the dropdown in Reference Materials Screen. The KC rule Notify containing the keyword Member in content abstract is also displayed.
