Incorrect hotfix details display after performing a sort

Summary
After sorting a list of hotfixes in the Hotfix Manager, the link to the Details does not sort. Hence, incorrect hotfix details display after performing a sort.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Hotfix Manager.
- Navigate to any tab that has multiple hotfixes listed.
- Change the sorting to different methods (ascending, descending, alphabetically by name, numerically by ID, etc.)
- Click the 'Details' link for a row. The title displays a hotfix number that is different from the row clicked.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
This is scheduled to be fixed through US-122724.
