2015-10-18 02:53:21,909 [.PegaWorkManager : 1] [ STANDARD] [ ] [ PegaRULES:07.10] (nal.es.DistributedIndexerAgent) ERROR - Incremental indexing of 'DATA' entries failed: Indexing request failed. Please contact your system administrator.. Please contact your PegaRULES system administrator.

Steps to Reproduce

Not Applicable

Root Cause

The two different regions,  Active and Passive, and the PegaRULES database tables are copied from one region to another when there is a failover.
pr_sys_statusnodes are unique to a region and should not be copied between regions.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
  1. Truncate the entries in current pr_sys_statusnodes.
  2. Restart the server.
  3. Start the indexing.
