Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an interaction.
2. Launch a service task, and check the logs.

Root Cause

The IndeterminateConditionalException is thrown when the evaluation of a condition cannot be reliably completed.

This error arises due to the failure of ISTEMPORARYOBJECT When rule evaluation that does not give any result.

The root cause for this log exception is that the page does not exist in clipboard at run time when When Rule is called from the PropertyHasvalue function, which tries to retrieve the value using tools.getStepPage().

Resolution

Apply HFix-22015.
