Summary
A data structure is configured as below:

-.Employee (Page property)
Based on the data structure, a Declare Index is created to initiate the Save of the '.Employee' page properties index to the Index-Employee. The records are duplicated in the index table sporadically.

Steps to Reproduce
Update the '.Employee' page of the work object. The update triggers the add or update activities in the Index-Employee class related table.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The index is duplicated if a Page-Copy is issued where the index also tracks the page.
Resolution
Apply HFix-52731.
