Indexed file size not reflecting in the online nodes

Summary



The indexed file sizes are not reflected in the online nodes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Index the BG node.
  2. Configure online nodes node id.
  3. Iindex paths.


Root Cause



Configuration is missing in the PRconfig file regarding the node IP address. Multinode environment requires Static IP address configuration to interact for indexing and searching.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

<env name="indexing/distributed/network/host" value="your_IP_address"/>
