Indexes are not properly created for the WorkObject

Summary
There are several WorkObjects for which indexes are not properly created in the Data Base and hence End user is not able to perform work on those crucial Workobjects.When end user try to edit the said WorkObjects ,data entered is not saved in the database.
Error Messages
There is no specific error getting on screen as well as on logs.
Steps to Reproduce
There is no specific steps identified to recreate the issue as its related to Indes issue.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
