Inline styles applied in skin aren't reflecting in DynamicLayout

Summary
Inline styles which are applied to Label in a Dynamic Layout are not reflecting in Pega 7.2.

Steps to Reproduce
- Drag a label In the dynamic layout.
- Apply Inline style to it
- Observe that the inline style is not reflecting.
Root Cause
Pega 7.x does not recommend the usage of inline styles and using inline styles like shown below is no more supported in dynamic layout:
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
1. Create a new label format Standard 3 as shown in the above screen shot.
2. Configure the respective styles for the label.
3. Configure that format in the cell properties under presentation for the label.
