Install verification for CLMFS 7.31 fails

Summary
Install verification fails after installing Client Lifecycle Management for Financial Services (CLMFS) 7.3.1 and the required hotfixes. New onboarding does not render a selection option within the dialogue in the Relationship Manager portal.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log into Relationship Manager portal with the user id mentioned in the installation guide
- Click New
Root Cause
Sample data is not installed. The sample data for Pega Client Lifecycle Management for Financial Services is built on the sample data from Pega Foundation for Financial Services. Sample data from each layer of the installation must be imported to use it for verification.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Import the sample data from Pega Foundation for Financial Services and Pega Know Your Customer for Financial Services which is required for the installation of Pega Client Lifecycle Management for Financial Services.
