Interaction does not reload after submitting or completing task

Summary
After adding a task to an interaction and completing the flow, display does not return to the interaction. Instead, the work area displays blank, and switching between threads or tabs (back to the Home tab for example) results in inconsistent behavior.

Steps to Reproduce
- Start an interaction
- Add a task and work till completion
- Click Submit
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. A Mashup cookie was present even when no Mashup was used.
Resolution
Apply HFix-44072.
