Interactions are not getting closed after doing wrapup

Summary



Interactions are not getting closed in the Customer Service for Healthcare 7.21 (CSHC) interaction portal even after doing wrap up.


Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce



1. Log into the system and launch the interaction portal.
2. Start the new Interaction.
3. Click on wrap up to close the interaction.


Root Cause



'CPMClearPortalRecent' activity  is not called up which is responsible for deleting the pxresults of 'CPMPortalRecents' data page.

Depending upon the pxresults of this datapage  interaction tabs are populated and closed.

User has customized the Wrapup section to include another section which a button configured to call FinishAssignment.

The same FinishAssignment button was used for wrapping up of interaction. This button was not configured to call 'CPMClearProtalRecent' activity. Because of which the user was facing the reported issue.

Resolution



User is suggested to configure another button for performing Wrapup and call run activity- 'CPMClearPortalRecent'  on actions tab of the button.
