Interactive chart is not working

Summary
On clicking an interactive chart in a report, the drilldown with the selected results does not open.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a custom report.
- Select a Date range in the report filters to obtain results.
- Execute the report. The results display along with the chart which represents them.
- Scroll up or down the browser.
- Select one of the bars on the chart that represents the group of the results and click on it. The drilldown with the detailed results does not open.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In the FusionCharts used by Pega, the tool tips stop working on scrolling the browser. This also occurs for a few mouse interactions in the charts.
Resolution
Update to Pega Platform 8.2.4.
