Steps to Reproduce
Run the purge or archive wizard.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems' code or rules: BLOB is not present in the history table and the column is of Date type. When the pzInskey is recalculated, the millisecond is rounded off and set to 000.
History Table has keys HISTORY-AAA-FW-BBBB-WORK AAA-FW-BBBB-WORK D-892655!20160210T214858.426 GMT, HISTORY-AAA-FW-BBBB-WORK AAA-FW-BBBB-WORK D-892655!20160210T214858.429 GMT, HISTORY-AAA-FW-BBBB-WORK AAA-FW-BBBB-WORK D-892655!20160210T214858.443 GMT, which becomes HISTORY-AAA-FW-BBBB-WORK AAA-FW-BBBB-WORK D-892655!20160210T214858.000 GMT during export.
Check the export. If the timestamp is wrong (computed key != existing key), set pxCreateDateTime with milliseconds from the pzInsKey when this occurs for History without BLOB.
Resolution
Apply HFix-29812.
