Issue in CPM Dialog Configuration Tool

Summary
Cannot append properties to an existing dialog using Dialog Configuration tool in CPM interaction portal.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Navigate to a page (interaction) with a dialog (Dialog rule should have multiple dialog with conditions).
2) Open Dialog configuration tool.
3) Try to append a property to first dialog.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The callAppendTag JavaScript function was using the count of rows as an index, so it was always working on the last row.
As part of hotfix user added a parameter to the function, which is the button object (passed in as the event target), and traced the Document Object Model (DOM) to find the correct index.
Resolution
Apply HFix-31366.
