Issue with header misallignment in a report definition

SA-9899

Summary

Developer has a requirement to have a fixed size of 250 rows in a Report Definition (RD). The "Do not scroll header" option is not selected since reading the data becomes very tedious as the header scrolls up.

If the option "Do not scroll header" is selected, alignment of header is lost. The same functionality works fine in Pega 7.1.6.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Include 10-15 columns in Report Definition (RD).
2. Check the "Do not scroll header" in RD.
3. Open the RD.

Root Cause

This is a design behavior in Pega 7.1.7.

Resolution

The Hfix is scheduled to be addressed in Pega 7.1.8.
