Issue with pzRemoveDuplicatesFromList function

Summary
User bulk submits a few rows and clicks the Submit button on the model window. The window does not close and the main list does not refresh with updates though the submission is successful. However, the status of the submitted items is updated correctly on manual refresh.

Steps to Reproduce
Bulk submit the cases. The modal window does not close.
Root Cause
The pzRemoveDuplicatesFromList function used to remove duplicates is deprecated.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Replace the pzRemoveDuplicatesFromList function with pzGetUniqueListElements.
