when there is error message on screen, the behavior of the smart label is irregular. Smart Info for the Smart Label is displaying and staying on the screen. which should not work like that.

Steps to Reproduce
when there is error message on screen, the behavior of the smart label is irregular. Smart Info for the Smart Label is displaying and staying on the screen. which should not work like that.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error. User was using a custom error section and error messages are appearing on the smart label in sporadic.
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows: I have explained user to clear the cache and reconfigure the custom error section .
