Issue with state of data attribute

Summary
Document-statetracker div provides data attributes, data-ajax-counter and data-state-busy-status. After submitting an assignment, data-state-busy-status is set to busy and it freezes for a minute. All the attributes remain unchanged during this period. At the same time, the Confirm harness displays and the user is able to continue working on the next assignment. Since the status attribute does not change, it's value from busy to none remains frozen and counters do not show their original values.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open an assignment
- Press F12 to track the Document-statetracker div
- Click the Submit button. The data-state-busy-status changes to Busy and the Confirm harness displays
- Open the next assignment
- Verify the status value. The status value remains locked with the Busy value
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53962.
