Issue when loading external security jar files

Summary



After clearing the filesystem cache and restarting the JVM's on your multi-node system an error occurs when loading the security jar files. This issue occurs intermittently.

Error Messages



[4/7/15 17:37:59:897 EDT] 0000010a webapp E com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.webapp.WebApp logServletError SRVE0293E: [Servlet Error]-[WebLDAP1]: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.<id>.services.security.krb5.GssContextHolder (initialization failure)

Steps to Reproduce



Clear Pega temp directory and restart JVMs.

Root Cause



Jar files containing classes to be used by Pega 7 need to be imported into Pega 7.

Resolution



This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:

​Import the external jars into Pega 7.
