Java Function Not Found



User application is having an issue finding an OOTB function. There are no log messages aside from what you see below, no tracer output, and we are not able to consistently recreate.

Error Messages

User get's following error on screen

"Problem executing pzAssemblePreprocess for RULE-HTML-SECTION-****":  and they get LibraryFunctionNotFoundException

Root Cause

User application is having an issue finding an OOTB function. The issue was very sporadic.


We suggest user to follow the practice of checking out the pzassemblepreprocess or doFUAssembly activities when user is working on RUFs involved in the assembly process to avoid the reported issue. (Before CheckOut and modify RUF rules)
