Java generation failed: Unable to Save As the SDM framework flow

SA-15984

Summary

When user tries to save as "searchforDup" flow in pegacard-sd-dispute- to implementation class, an error message is thrown. It seems the required parameter is missing.

Error Messages

java generation failed; see log for details.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to Pega SDM framework issuer
  2. Open the flow "searchfordup" in pegacard-sd-dispute-
  3. Perform save as to implementation class

Root Cause

The Smart Prompt Type for parameter ScoreRuleName was “Rule-Search-Scoring”; this class was later refactored as “Rule-PegaAcct-Search-Scoring”. Due to the usage of non-existent class, when the referring flow rule “SearchForDup” was saved, java generation had failed, thereby resulting in errors.

Resolution

Apply HFix-24040.
