java.lang.VerifyError error after importing updates
SA-46291
Summary
After importing application changes into production, user notice that java.lang.VerifyError errors are thrown for some decision rules. This prevents the rules from being used and, consequently, the changes must be rolled back. A reproduction environment shows that the issue only occurs once Wily Introscope is enabled.

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment
Because the WebSphere JVM is throwing the error and the issue only occurs with Wily enabled, this is a third-party issue.
Resolution
Contact the third-party vendors involved (BMC Software and IBM) to investigate the issue further.
