JAWS cannot read value present in the first cell of report table

Summary
When a user opens any out of the box report from the Report menu in Case Manager portal(with JAWS in screen reader mode for the values to be read.), Focus goes to the first cell in the report table that contains an image, but nothing is being read to the end user.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open any out of the box report from the Report menu in case manager portal.
- Use JAWS in screen reader mode for the values to be read.
- Focus goes to the first cell in the report table that contains an image, but nothing is being read to the end user.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Tooltip was missing for the icons and so JAWS was not able to read anything.
