Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a screen with multiple checkboxes.
2. Run the JAWS screen reader.
3. Navigate through the checkboxes and pay attention to what JAWS reads.

Root Cause

pxCheckBox control is used in the scenario. It is expected that you configure the label of the checkbox to the left or the right of the checkbox for JAWS to read out the checkbox label when it arrives at the checkbox field. In customer's application, the label is above the checkbox. This will not work.

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
Configure the label of the checkbox to the right or left of the checkbox.
