Root Cause
Explained the difference between war and ear deployment and the implication on the JMS Listener.
Resolution
Only if the PRPC war deployment is used does JMS Listener configuration applies. Customer is deploying PRPC as ear, only JMS MDB (Message-Driven Bean) is supported in this configuration.
