KM Articles not linked to intent



When linking three Knowledge Management articles to an Intent, only one article is linked.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application as CASYSADMIN.
  2. Create an Interaction.
  3. Add a task.
  4. Navigate to Configuration tools.
  5. Navigate to Knowledge content.
  6. Search for articles.
  7. Select three articles to add.
  8. Click Save. Only one article is added.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. 

The Internet Explorer browser did not determine the correct step page. When one of the checkboxes was selected in the grid of selected articles, the data for the first checkbox in the selection is sent always.
