Landing page issue

Summary
Region specific work is directed to a new window whenever a region is selected and submitted from a landing page.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log on to the application.
2. Select the region from the landing page where an object should be created.
3. Click on Submit.
Root Cause
The harness is launched instead of launching a portal, causing issues related to thread, skin (if the skin used is different for both portals), recent, etc.
Resolution
Launching a harness is different from launching a portal.
To replace the current portal with a new portal, follow the step given below.
Runscript > changePortal
This will switch the context to new portal, RequestorInitialize, and other similar processes to setup the portal. These processes are not carried out in the harness launch action.
