Layout group is aligned incorrectly

Summary
Layout group with more than 8 -10 tabs with the user resizable pyPortalNav is aligned incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a section with a Layout group of atleast 12 tabs
- Launch the portal
- Ensure that the Layout group loads with navigation
- Select the last tab from the dropdown
- Resize the portal navigation layout
- Observe the tabs alignment
Root Cause
Changes to the code in the pzpega_ui_layoutgroup js file.
Resolution
This issue is addressed in the Pega 8.2.4 patch release.
