Left side navigation panel in portal is not responsive

Summary
Under dynamic layouts, when a portal is launched in a low-resolution or small screen, the portal does not adjust and the Other Actions button can be off-screen to the right. Navigation panel also does not resize as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to pega application
2. resize the browser
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Left side navigation of the portal has search tool which is not from Pega 7.x control. User copied the control from Pega 6.x fixed portal.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
User recreated the search tool using Pega 7.x to address the problem. now the Pega 7.x portal is responsive when browser resized.
