List Export to excel text Area field Expanded

Summary
When the list view report is run and exported to excel, the text Area property field is expanded but remaining columns after the field are not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the List View, Have a column of property type text Area , After running the list view export the results to excel and check.
Root Cause
The HTML coming back from the text area control will be used and may not be suited for excel data.
Resolution
The User should set the "Export Format" for the column in the ListView to a control that will output the text in a more appropriate format, such as pxDisplayText
