ListView SmartInfo Javascript Error in IE8

Summary
When using list view with smart info it is giving javascript error in IE8 as well as smart info is not displaying properly.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create list view in plane vanila prpcv7.1.5 with smart info
2) Run list view in IE8 browser
Resolution
HFix-20240 resolved the Javascript error issue
HFix-9324 resolved the smart info display issue.
