Summary

Live User Interface (UI) option does not work properly after application was upgraded from PRPC 6.2 to Pega 7.1.7. The portal goes blank in Chrome when Live UI is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Case manager portal.
2. Click Live UI to check rule details.
3. Disable Live UI by clicking it.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error:
Old pycasemanager portal was used.

Resolution

Use the new pyCasemanager7 instead of the old pyCasemanager. The old pyCaseManager uses pyCaseManagement Harness, which has deprecated controls like workarea. EndUser62 does not have styles for responsiveness, which prevents the portal from rendering properly on latest browsers and devices.
