Localization approach for native Telugu Language

Summary
Application performance degrades while translating English text to Telugu. This occurs when using a third-party API (CDAC) for localization with Hybrid Client Version (HCV) 7.31.01, and Android 9.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Toggle button. On click of the button, English text is translated to Telugu and vice versa.
- On click, configure an action set as a Run script and handle using the CDAC API.
Root Cause
Compatibility issues occurred when the application was built on a HCV 7.31.01. Hence, application performance degraded during localization.
Resolution
As a local-change, upgrade to HCV 7.41.01.
