Summary
Localized labels are not picking from pega rulesets after upgrade from PRPC 6.x to Pega 7.2 . For example like created by, Version, first name, last name etc

Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade from PRPC 6.1 to Pega 7.2.
- Run a case.
- Observe that field values coming from Pega-WB_es ruleset are not getting picked up at runtime.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error :
User has not installed Pega7 spanish lanuage pack after upgrade .At runtime application is looking for Pega-WB_es : 07 version but it is not their in the ruleset stack .
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
Suggested user to install spanish 7.2 version language pack .
