Localized value not retrieved at runtime for special characters

Summary
At runtime, localized field values are not retrieved for special characters.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a field value with special characters.
- Configure the field value as a header for any layout
- Run the flow. The localized field value does not display at runtime.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Some special characters used in SQL queries, HTML, or JavaScript (such as '&', '<', '>') may introduce susceptibility to injection or Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. Therefore, usage of special characters is not recommended.
Resolution
As a local-change, create a field value name without special characters.
