Log errors about unhandled error in ETier invocation

Summary
Pega Marketing system is being upgraded from Pega 7.2.1 to 7.2.2. After the upgrade, large number of Etier errors began appearing in the logs.

Root Cause
A third-party product issue: This is a tomcat defect for the version being used.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Upgrading tomcat from tomcat7 to tomcat8 resolves the ETier errors.
