Log Section not getting displayed in Review



Open any interaction from Recent work list. Log section is not getting displayed.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open any interaction from Recent Work.
2.Observe that Log section is not getting displayed.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules

User system was upgraded from Pega 6.x to Pega 7.x

In Pega 6.x for CPM for Health Care there was CALogList section for displaying the relevant intent tasks for an interaction, when opened in review mode.

In CPM for HC one no longer refer to CALoglist section. Now, CPMReviewCasesInteraction is referred.


Perform the following local-change: 

Refer sectionCPMReviewCasesInteraction and make corresponding changes accordingly.
