Logoff screen is misaligned in the UI

Summary
After log off, in the log off screen, the username and the password icons are misaligned in the UI. The login screen moves up and 'Pega 7' displays on the header.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Pega application.
- Click Log off.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The UI is misaligned due to only upgrading the platform.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Update the Customer Service application.
