Summary
In the Rich Text Editor (RTE) control, on entering large text, the text is cropped in the PDF that is generated from the Print Screen.

Steps to Reproduce
- Enter a long text in the RTE.
- Save the page.
- Click Print Details.
- Save the print summary as a PDF. In the generated PDF, the text is cropped.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Update to Pega Platform 8.2.3.
