Summary

After upgrading from  v5.5 to v6.3 users are getting different look and feel of managers portal for different operator Id (eventhough both are pointing to same AccessGroup). Ideally every operator with same AccessGroup should experience the same portal look and feel.

Steps to Reproduce

1)Login to Managers portral with different operator ids.
2)Compare the MyWorklist section.
3)compare the category section
3)Click on each category to view question text

Root Cause

Upgrade from PRPC 5.5 to 6.3 sp1 caused some issues and the Desktop Preferences was not referring to any skin rule.

Resolution

From operator dropDown, click on Preferences . The Desktop Preferences window gets opened.
The Skin should  refer to OOTB EndUser62. Setting the right skin resolved the reported issue.
