Summary
Export to PDF on a report definition takes more than two minutes. Unable to export results to a PDF file if the report fetches more than 20 records while running a report definition. Results do not display.

- Click Actions
- Use Export to PDF to export results to a PDF file
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
- Apply HFix-47820
- Import pd4ml3100.PRPC.1.jar provided by the Global Customer Support
