Marketing Offers are not closed due to a mismatch of CustomerID value. This occurs post update to Pega Collections 7.3.1.

Steps to Reproduce
- Update from Pega Collections 7.2.2 to Pega Collections 7.3.1
- Attempt to close a Marketing Offer
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
A change is made in the ProcessWSRequest activity in step 11.2 which resulted in the issue.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45104.
