Mashup code shows scroll bar for Quote Request OOTB flow

Summary
Mashup used to display screen flow. Since the screen flow buttons are fixed in the harness the content of the screen low actions do not resize. Unwanted scroll bars are seen on the UI or large white space depending on content of flow actions used in screen flow.

Steps to Reproduce
Implement simple Mashup that uses a screen flow.
Root Cause
Screen flow harnesses like TabbedScreenFlow7 have the navigation buttons for the screen flow defined in the Harness button area at the bottom.
This causes scroll bars for large flow action content or white space for small flow action content. This is fine within a standard end user portal but not in a Mashup.
Resolution
Copy the Screen Flow harness like TabbedScreenFlow7 into application ruleset.
Remove the buttons.
Use the pyCaseActionArea instead of the FlowActionHTML_Simple.
This gives the Screen Flow flow actions the look and feel like the perform harness. When displayed in a mashup the content resizes for each flow action in the Screen Flow.
