mdiwindow style.top issue

Summary
You have an applet on deskop.jsp.
When you maximize the home page, this applet displays on top.
The height of the mdi window is not automatically adjusted to the free space.
The issue is due to the top attribute in style which is dynamically created in mdiwindow.js.

Steps to Reproduce
Maximize the home page
Root Cause
New elements are added to desktop.jsp as part of customization and their offset heights are not included in calculating top attribute of MDI window.
Resolution
Update doResizeComponents() of desktop.js to consider offset heights of custom elements added to desktop.jsp for calculating iWorkAreaTop value.
