Member 360 not fully rendering in IE11/Windows 10 environment

Summary
Only about 20% of the the Member 360 screen displays. the rest is hidden and content can be reached by tabbing.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to application in Internet Explorer 11 browser or Windows 10 system.
- Perform a member search.
- View Member 360.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
In the CPMCompositesContainer, check the Enable stretch for tabs checkbox.
