Merchandise option invalid for RC 30, CC1

Summary
1. When a user enters Reason Code (RC) CC1 (Services), for the question "What was purchased?" the dropdown option for "Merchandise or Ticket" must be hidden from view/selection. "Merchandise" is invalid for this condition code.
2. When a user enters RC CC2 (Merchandise), for the question "What was purchased?" the dropdown option for "Services" must be hidden from view/selection. "Services" is invalid for this condition code.

Steps to Reproduce
Enter RC CC1 and RC CC2 alternatively for the question "What was purchased?".
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22509.
