Run the migrate.sh.
Root Cause
Urandom was not set to be used in JVM.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add '-Djava.security.egd=file:///dev/urandom' to the JVM arguments entry in migrateSystems.xml, setupDatebase.xml, and setupDDL.xml.
