Summary

Answer "No" to "Did the Issuer review the authorization log and the authorization was declined or only authorized for a partial amount?" while in AAQ page of reason code for RC4808 CC5.
The following text should dynamically appear.
"This chargeback may be used only if an authorization attempt was made and not authorized/declined or an authorization was required and not obtained. Please select another reason code or option."

Steps to Reproduce

Login to Pega search MC account - select transactoin to dispute
Select RC4808, CC5 "Multiple Authorizations"
Answer all ancillary questions
Answer "No" to "Has the Issuer reviewed the authorization log and the authorization was declined or only authorized for a partial amount?" no dynamic text appears.

Root Cause

Advice text was not appearing on ancillary questions page for RC 4808-5: "This chargeback may be used only if an authorization attempt was made and not authorized/declined or an authorization was required and not obtained. Please select another reason code or option."

Resolution
